The range of products we use are developed with safety at the forefront of their design including slip-resistant inserts and profiles to ensure that the risk of accidents is effectively reduced.
These products are suitable for all types of environments including; commercial offices, retail, leisure, education and healthcare.
​Stair edgings
They are strips which are placed at the edge of a step to define and highlight stair edges. The increase slip resistance improves safety. Stair edgings are manufactured with varying textures to suit various environments and levels of foot traffic. They are produced in a variety of colours to suit requirements and safety.
Tread alert tactile surface
This is a rubber tile with raised ribs that acts as a tactile surface to be able to recognise a change in level. It is used to be at the top and bottom of a flight of internal stairs.
Safety track
This is made with silicon carbide resin with a self-adhesive backing. This is adhered to the surface of the floor to offer slip-resistance and has a sand paper texture. It is an ideal product that is easily laid both internally and externally.
Skirtings and capping trim
In commercial environments, these simple finishing accessories can prove to be important in reducing risk of spreading bacteria.
Feather edge skirting
This is used as an alternative to timber/aluminium skirtings in vinyl floor areas.
Flat skirting
These are used with textile floorcoverings to ensure low and neat maintenance is provided. They are adhered to the wall prior to installation.
Cove and capping
This process is to continue the resilient floorcovering up the wall by adhering a cove fillet at the base of the wall and a capping trim 100mm or more up the wall prior to installation. The floor is then curved by the cove fillet up the wall and sits under the capping trim and creating a neat finish. This is often used in healthcare environments as it provides a hygienic finish.
Transition strips
These are strips which bridge the gap between floorcoverings and reducing the risk of a trip hazard.
Cleaning and maintenance products
To maximise the appearance and durability of the floor, it is highly recommended to use manufacturer’s specialist cleaning and maintenance products on a regular basis.
